Braintree store on 4th Feb friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff nothing was to big a problem will definitely be back

Have used twice now and both times have been good, I ordered something on the website that other places would of been out of stock or did not stock it at all and delivery was the best as it was here both times as stated.

Great price and the gloves arrived very quickly. Very happy with service and quality.

I bought new front forks to convert my front brake from old rubber blocks to disc brake. New forks now on the bike and doing the job. Delivery by DPD to a local shop who didn't handle it well. Much prefer Royal Mail so if/when I'm not in, dead easy for me to collect from RM - And might even be cheaper ??

Bike delivered fast and ready built. It was put together really well, no issues so far after a few weeks of daily riding.

Excellent service. Bought bike online for home delivery. Cycles UK were great, replying quickly to my queries and requests, setting the bike up so I basically only had to straighten handle bars and pedals after delivery and keeping me informed of progress and delivery arrangements. Would definitely use again. Only disappointment is they aren’t local to me otherwise I’d be in all the time!

Cycles UK Canterbury helped me with a road bike. Helpful and flexible from start to finish. Moved stock from Essex to Kent and then allowed me to try the bikle for size under no obligation and with zero pressure to buy. Turned out i wanted to buy with some modifications to the set-up (wheels, powermeter upgrades) and they were very accommodating. Great service from start to finish and I'm very happy with my bike. Highly recommended.

Bike arrived faster than anticipated, team in the Maidstone store were particularly helpful when I collected. Good experience.

Having used my new bike over Christmas and bedded everything in, I thought an early first service would be a good idea.
I rang the shop on Thursday and Adam suggested Saturday morning.
The only change I wanted was to reset the suspension pressure, not having a fork pump so Adam said we'd sort that at the same time.
I dropped the bike off at about 10am having been welcomed by all the staff and nipped off for breakfast.
Upon returning, my freshly serviced Whyte was waiting in a proper stand for me.
We dropped the fork pressure a little and the job was all done professionally and quickly.
All the staff are genuinely eager to help and I feel a valued customer.
My bike is now just to my liking and I have the reassurance of having a properly serviced bike.
In my book this is good old fashioned personal service from my local bike shop ; how common is that nowadays?
The bill for today? It's all free of charge.

Shops is useless called them asked for Shimano brakes they said they have Shimano doere all kinds of brakes in stock went all the way to the shop 1 hour 20 mins and I get there they ask me all kinds of questions what size do you need what bikes it going on irrelevant questions jsut give me the brakes and I’ll fit them on he then tells me there’s no brakes in stock there’s jsut brake pads absolutely ridiculous hope your employees wheel punctures on way home tonight
